Due to the coronavirus outbreak, and the latest government advice, we are taking precautions and putting the safety of our staff and customers first. We are implementing measures to close our office to the general public and restricting contact. Where possible we will be implementing working from home. As a result, you may encounter longer call answering wait times than usual.
To protect our staff and other customers from contracting the coronavirus, if you have a high temperature, and or a new continuous cough, or a loss of, or change in sense of smell or taste, and or are in self-isolation, please notify your call handler when you speak with them, so that we can best plan how to provide you with the assistance you need.
External visitors and delivery drivers will not be permitted entry into our offices. Delivery drivers will be expected to call the stores department when they arrive at our premises. The goods will then be left in the yard for stores personnel to collect when the driver leaves. Delivery notes will not be signed until further notice. We can sign, scan and email the delivery notes back to the suppliers if required.
We are and will continue to provide our services to you our customers in your homes and premises. Please bear with us while we ensure our staff are protected, which may include the use of personal protective equipment and sensible distancing and hygiene measures.
This is a developing situation and we welcome suggestions on how to improve the service we provide. We will strive to provide regular updates as developments happen.
